Kjuge Kull : Sweden's Prime Bouldering Area, About an hours drive north east from Malmö. A nice lush little forest littered with boulders, those that aren't climbed, are covered in thick carpets of bright green moss. There are hundreds of bouldering problems here! Just, unfortunately, in the middle of winter, cold and rain prevents much from getting done....

Bikes in Sweden : Malmö is a city built around bikes. Everyone rides them. Parrallel to every street, are footpaths, and then Bike Paths. In fact, there are more bike paths, than roads. Crazy thing is, that every bike is old, like they have been lost in a time warp, even brand new bikes, are made in the same old styles. Most bikes resemble girl frames, they all use dynamo's to power their lights....

New Years Eve : New Years eve, in Malmö. Something thats gotta be seen! In a single night 220 Million Kroner (~Aus$50 Million) get spent on fireworks, which results in 500 or so hospital admitted injuries. Not bad for a few hours! Of course in addition too all the pretty lights and loud noises, 3 tons of lead, 60 tons of chromium and several kilograms of cadmium over will be dumped into the air in Sweden, all within a matter of hours. Hang on, aren't they all extremely toxic??? Hmm... but it is still so much fun!

Christmas, Sweden Style. : hristmas in Sweden, involves, everyone (apparently all families in sweden) what the same (every year) disney cartoons on TV, Followed by drinking Glug, and eating Lucicat (Safron bread type stuff), Then Gorging one's self with all sorts of fish products, then all sorts of meats, and cabbage products, and large amounts of Akvavit and beer. Then, Santa (josie) comes and hands out all the presents, then each person, one at a time, opens all their presents. The evening is topped off with a few games of twister, then the girls all go off to church, and the Boys play Poker, and drink more piss....
